End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Zocia Application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this App.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Any content that violates laws or community standards will be removed immediately and the account may be terminated.

1. Qualifications

By using App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You agree to provide true and accurate age information during registration or use. If you are under 18, you must have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. User-Generated Content

App allows users to anonymously post and share imitation-related content (such as videos, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you agree to the following terms:

2.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post any content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal, including but not limited to:

• Hate speech, abuse, harassment, or personal attacks;
• Pornographic, explicit, or vulgar content;
• Content promoting violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or violation of others’ rights;
• Content that disrupts the community atmosphere or violates public order and good customs.

2.2 Content Licensing

You retain ownership of your posted content, but by posting, you grant App a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, display, and provide content-based recommendations within the App.

3. Reporting and Response Mechanism

3.1 Your Responsibilities

If you become aware of content that violates this Agreement, you agree to report it immediately through App’s reporting system.

3.2 Our Response

We will review reported content within 24 hours and take appropriate action, including but not limited to removing the content, issuing warnings, or banning users. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension.

4. Privacy Policy

By using App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to App at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason. You may also stop using App and delete your account at any time.

6. Modification of Agreement

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be announced within the App. Continued use of App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Disclaimer

App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
